These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blunox websites and products, including the Mira and Pulse platforms. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring your users comply with these Terms. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Access is governed by the role and license entitlements assigned to your organization.
You agree not to misuse the services. You will not:
You retain all rights to the data and pipeline definitions you create ("Customer Data"). You grant Blunox a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the services. Your use of Mira and Pulse is governed by the license entitlements purchased by your organization; features outside your entitlement may not be available.
We aim for high availability and, for eligible plans, offer a service-level agreement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance and emergency changes may occur.
Paid plans are billed according to the order or subscription you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may update pricing with notice effective at your next renewal term.
The services, including software, design, and trademarks (including "Blunox", "Mira", and "Pulse"), are owned by Blunox and its licensors. These Terms grant no rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the services.
Each party may access the other's confidential information and agrees to protect it using reasonable care and to use it only to perform under these Terms.
The services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing and approving changes the agents propose before they are deployed to production.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and each party's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends; certain provisions survive termination by their nature.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
