These terms govern your use of the public website blunox.ai (the "Site"), operated by Blunox FZE, UAE. Use of Blunox products and services is governed separately by the Blunox Terms of Service.
- Permitted use. You may browse the Site and use its content for evaluating Blunox and its services. You may not scrape the Site at scale, misrepresent your affiliation, interfere with Site operation, or use Site content to train machine-learning models without our written consent.
- IP. The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and the Blunox name and marks) are owned by Blunox or its licensors. No license is granted except to view the Site.
- Content disclaimers. Site content is for general information, is provided "as is", and may change without notice. It is not professional advice, and product descriptions do not form part of any contract unless incorporated into an Order Form.
- Third-party links are provided for convenience; Blunox is not responsible for third-party sites.
- Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blunox is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to USD 100.
- Privacy. Personal data collected via the Site is processed per the Privacy Policy at blunox.ai/legal/privacy.
- Governing law. These Site terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
