Service Specific Terms — Data Products

Version 1.0 — Effective 2026-08-07

These Service Specific Terms apply to Blunox Pulse (real-time replication) and Blunox Mira (autonomous data engineering) (each a "Data Service"). They supplement the Blunox Terms of Service; capitalized terms have the meanings given there. In case of conflict, these terms prevail over the General Terms for the Data Services.

  1. Connected Systems. The Data Services connect to Customer's databases, warehouses, applications, and APIs ("Connected Systems"). Customer is responsible for (a) its rights to connect each Connected System and to capture, replicate, transform, and load the data in it, including compliance with the terms of third-party Connected Systems; (b) the credentials it supplies; and (c) the consequences of pipeline, replication, and transformation configurations it approves or defines. Blunox acts on Customer's configurations and approvals as instructions under the DPA.
  2. Third-party services. Connectors interoperate with third-party databases and services that Blunox does not control. Blunox does not warrant continued availability of any third-party API or log format and may modify or retire a connector if the third party materially changes or withdraws it; where a connector under an active paid subscription is retired without a reasonable substitute, Customer may terminate the affected Order Form for a prorated refund.
  3. Usage metric — change rows (Pulse). Pulse fees are based on change rows per month: each insert, update, and delete captured from a source database, counted once per changed row per commit (updates touching multiple columns in one commit are not double-counted). Included volumes, tiers, and volume discounts are stated on the pricing page or the Order Form; usage above included volumes is billed at the applicable rate monthly in arrears. Metering is measured by Blunox's systems, which are authoritative absent manifest error.
  4. Latency and performance. Published latency figures (including sub-second replication lag and throughput rates) are performance characteristics measured under test conditions, not guarantees, and actual results depend on Customer's sources, sinks, network, and configuration. Committed latency or throughput targets apply only where expressly stated in an Enterprise Order Form or SLA.
  5. Data accuracy and lineage. The Data Services move and transform data as configured and approved by Customer. Blunox is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or quality of Customer Data, or for downstream decisions made using it; monitoring, drift-detection, and lineage features provide diagnostics only.
  6. Mira beta. While Blunox Mira is in private beta or otherwise designated pre-release: it is provided "AS IS" without warranties or SLA; features may change or be discontinued; and Customer's use may additionally be governed by a Design Partner Agreement. Mira's AI agents propose changes for human approval; Customer is responsible for reviews and approvals it grants, and the AI and Data Use Addendum applies to all agent features.
  7. Self-hosted runners (Enterprise). Where the Order Form includes self-hosted or BYOC deployment, Blunox grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license during the Subscription Term to install and run the runner software within Customer's own cloud environment, solely to use the Data Services. Customer may not modify, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or provide the runner software to third parties. Customer is responsible for the infrastructure, availability, and security of its own environment; the SLA applies only to Blunox-managed components, and support may require Customer to provide diagnostic logs. The runner software may transmit licensing, health, and usage telemetry to Blunox (excluding Customer Data content).
  8. Sandbox and non-production use. Non-production environments are offered at reduced rates and excluded from the SLA.
  9. Open-source components. The Data Services include open-source software listed in the Documentation, licensed under their own terms; nothing in the Agreement limits Customer's rights under those licenses.
  10. Professional services. Implementation, migration, and custom connector development are performed under the Professional Services Agreement and an SOW.
