This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Blunox services. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Blunox Terms of Service.
You may not use the Services, or permit them to be used, to:
- Illegal activity. Violate any applicable law or regulation, or promote or facilitate illegal activity, including unlawful gambling, trafficking, or distribution of controlled substances.
- Infringement. Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others, or process data you do not have the right to process.
- Harmful content. Store, transmit, or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that exploits or harms minors in any way.
- Security violations. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization; breach or circumvent authentication or security controls; access data not intended for you; or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
- Malicious code. Upload or distribute viruses, worms, ransomware, or other malicious code, or use the Services to operate command-and-control infrastructure.
- Abuse of resources. Mine cryptocurrency; circumvent usage limits, quotas, or metering; or resell access except as expressly permitted in an Order Form.
- Spam and deception. Send unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in phishing, spoofing, or fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
- High-risk use. Use the Services in circumstances where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage (e.g., life support, weapons systems, air traffic control). The Services are not designed or licensed for such use.
- Sanctioned use. Use the Services in violation of export control or sanctions laws, or on behalf of restricted parties.
Enforcement. Blunox may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for violations of this AUP, with prior notice where practicable. Where the violation creates a security or legal emergency, Blunox may suspend immediately and will notify you promptly afterward. Blunox will limit suspension to the affected accounts, Users, or workloads where feasible.
